About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pneumatic Machine Technician cum Supervisor to oversee and maintain pneumatic machinery used in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise along with supervisory skills to lead a team of operators, ensure smooth machine functioning, and maintain production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain pneumatic machines used in manufacturing.

• Lead and supervise a team of operators, ensuring adherence to production schedules.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical issues.

• Ensure machines are calibrated and functioning to required standards.

• Monitor daily machine performance and take preventive maintenance actions.

• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and downtime.

• Train and guide junior technicians/operators on proper machine handling.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and quality goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a pneumatic machine technician, with supervisory responsibilities.

• Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic systems, components, and controls.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic machines.

• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team in a manufacturing setup.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.

• Prior experience in freezer/refrigeration equipment manufacturing or related industries.
