PLC Engineer

PLC Engineer – Automation & Control
Location: Hosur, Bangalore

We are hiring experienced PLC Engineers for a leading automotive/manufacturing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Panasonic, Mitsubishi)

• Diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns related to automation

• Modify PLC logic and control parameters for process improvements

• Maintain VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial automation systems

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of automation systems and electrical panels

• Read electrical drawings and troubleshoot control circuits

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve machine uptime

• Maintain PLC backups, parameter changes, and maintenance records

• Follow safety standards during maintenance activities

Eligibility:

• Diploma in Electrical / BE (EEE) / B.Tech (Electrical)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC-based machine maintenance

• Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and industrial automation

• Knowledge of electrical drawings and control circuits

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
