Job Overview

Pest Strikers India is looking for a skilled and responsible Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. The role involves inspecting sites, identifying pest issues, and carrying out safe and effective pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial locations. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect premises to identify pest infestations and assess treatment requirements.

• Carry out pest control treatments for insects, rodents, termites, and other pests using approved methods and chemicals.

• Install, repair, and replace pest control equipment such as traps, bait stations, Bird nets, ATT Pipe lines and monitoring devices.

• Diagnose pest problems and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

• Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and regulatory standards while handling chemicals and equipment.

• Maintain service records, treatment reports, and preventive maintenance plans.

• Educate customers on preventive measures and post-treatment care.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Source required materials, manage inventory, and report usage as needed.

• Stay updated with new pest control techniques, products, and industry best practices through training and workshops.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2

• Experience: Experience Range in pest control or a related field preferred (training may be provided to suitable candidates).

• Ability to multitask and work independently at client sites.

• Good communication skills with the ability to explain pest issues and treatments clearly to customers.

• Willingness to work in field conditions and flexible hours when required.

• Strong adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office or mobile-based reporting systems is an added advantage.
