Pest Control Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting premises, identifying pest infestations, and implementing effective pest control solutions while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.

• Perform pest control treatments including General Pest Control (GPC), Termite Control, Rodent Control, Cockroach Control, Bed Bug Treatment, and Mosquito Control.

• Handle and apply chemicals, pesticides, and equipment safely and responsibly.

• Install pest control devices such as traps, bait stations, and nets.

• Provide clients with recommendations for pest prevention and hygiene.

• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.

• Follow company safety standards and government regulations.

• Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and clean equipment and tools after use.

• Coordinate with supervisors regarding schedules and site requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Education: 10th or 12th Pass.

• Certification in Pest Control (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience of 0–2 years in pest control services.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

• Basic knowledge of pesticides, chemicals, and safety procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of pest control methods and equipment.

• Ability to handle chemicals safely.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Physical stamina and willingness to work in field conditions.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Time management and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

• Basic understanding of safety protocols and hygiene standards.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
