Job Summary

City Pest Control Services is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our operations team. The technician will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, carrying out pest control treatments safely and effectively, and maintaining professional relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to customer locations, follow company safety procedures, and provide high-quality pest management services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential, commercial, and industrial properties for pest control services.

- Inspect premises and identify signs of pest infestation.

- Perform pest control treatments according to the company's prescribed procedures.

- Handle and apply pest control chemicals safely and responsibly.

- Carry out treatments for:

- Termites

- Cockroaches

- Mosquitoes

- Rodents

- Bed bugs

- Flies

- Lizards

- Other common household and commercial pests

- Perform pre-construction and post-construction termite treatments.

- Carry out drilling, chemical injection, spraying, baiting, and other approved treatment methods as required.

- Explain treatment procedures and basic preventive measures to customers.

- Maintain professional behavior and good customer service at every site.

- Use PPE and follow all company safety guidelines.

- Maintain pest control equipment, sprayers, tools, and vehicles in proper condition.

- Complete daily service reports and treatment records.

- Collect customer feedback and report complaints or technical issues to the supervisor.

- Inform the supervisor about recurring infestations or additional treatment requirements.

- Follow the assigned daily schedule and reach customer locations on time.

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing treatment.

- Follow all company policies regarding chemicals, equipment, safety, attendance, and customer handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.

- Previous pest control experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers may also apply if they are willing to undergo training.

- Basic understanding of pest control procedures.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Physically fit and comfortable working at different customer locations.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Valid driving licence is preferred.
