Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and potential pest-entry points.
Perform pest control treatments for termites, cockroaches, rodents, mosquitoes, ants, bed bugs, and other common pests.
Use pest control equipment, chemicals, traps, and safety gear appropriately.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling pesticides and equipment.
Explain treatment procedures and preventive measures to customers.
Maintain accurate service reports and customer records.
Monitor treated areas and conduct follow-up visits when required.
Maintain and safely store pest control equipment and materials.
Ensure proper usage, transportation, and disposal of chemicals.
Coordinate with the Operations/Service Team regarding daily assignments.
Maintain professional behavior and good customer relations.
