Job Description

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, distribution boards, and power equipment.
Carry out minor plumbing repairs, including leakage rectification, replacement of taps, valves, pipelines, and sanitary fittings.
Perform basic HVAC maintenance, including filter cleaning, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Attend and close maintenance complaints within the agreed service levels.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and utilities to identify potential issues.
Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with supervisors and vendors during major maintenance activities.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good condition.
Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response as required.
