Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Job Description:

We are hiring DG Sensor Installation Technicians and Helpers for a project-based assignment involving installation of sensors in diesel generators (DG sets) at various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of sensors in DG (Diesel Generator) sets

• Drilling and mounting sensors using drill machines

• Basic wiring and sensor fixing as per guidelines

• Using smartphone apps for configuration, testing, and reporting

• Taking site photos, filling installation checklists

• Coordinating with the project supervisor

• Traveling to different project locations as assigned

Eligibility & Requirements:

For Main Technician:

• Must have experience in field installation / electrical / DG work (preferred)

• Knowledge of operating drill machine

• Comfortable using smartphone (Android apps, camera, WhatsApp)

• Must have own bike (mandatory)

• Valid driving license preferred

• Willing to travel across multiple cities

For Helper:

• Basic understanding of tools and field work

• Willing to learn sensor installation

• Bike not mandatory

• Ready for travel and site work

Skills Required:

• Basic electrical knowledge

• Tool handling (drill, cutter, screwdriver)

• Site discipline and safety awareness

• Ability to work in a team

• Flexible for travel and project timelines

Salary / Payment:

• Per installation / per day / per project basis (to be discussed)

• Travel and stay as per project policy

Preferred Candidates:

• ITI / Diploma holders (Electrician, Fitter, Electronics) – Preferred but not mandatory

• Candidates with DG, electrical, telecom, or solar field experience

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
