Electrical Systems: Proficient in troubleshooting faults, reading schematic diagrams, maintaining circuit breakers, and basic wiring.
Mechanical Maintenance: Experience repairing motors, pumps, control panels, and rotating equipment.
HVAC & Refrigeration: Ability to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot air-conditioning units, chillers, and ventilation systems.
Plumbing Basics: Capable of handling pipes, valves, fixtures, and water supply/drainage systems.
Building Operations: Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), Diesel Generators (DG sets), and UPS maintenance.
