Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Integra Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to manage the day-to-day electrical maintenance of office premises. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations, maintaining safety standards, and responding promptly to maintenance requests.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹24,000 – ₹25,000, along with opportunities for career growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of electrical systems and equipment within the office premises.

• Attend electrical breakdowns and restore normal operations with minimum downtime.

• Maintain and troubleshoot lighting systems, power outlets, distribution boards (DBs), MCBs, switches, sockets, wiring, and other electrical fixtures.

• Monitor the performance of UPS systems, batteries, electrical panels, and emergency lighting.

• Replace defective electrical components such as LED lights, tube lights, fans, switches, sockets, MCBs, and related accessories.

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and company policies.

• Conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify and rectify electrical issues proactively.

• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and specialized maintenance activities whenever required.

• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdown reports, material consumption, and service logs.

• Raise material requirements and coordinate for procurement of electrical spare parts and consumables.

• Support basic maintenance activities related to plumbing, carpentry, and civil works whenever assigned.

• Follow all safety procedures, use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and comply with electrical safety regulations.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and support business continuity during office operations.

• Ensure proper housekeeping of electrical rooms, panels, and maintenance tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrician, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical trade.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance of commercial buildings, offices, corporate facilities, hospitals, or similar environments.

• Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, distribution systems, electrical panels, lighting systems, and preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and basic wiring diagrams.

• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and troubleshooting techniques.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage maintenance tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in facility management or corporate office maintenance.

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, DG set, UPS, and other building services.

• Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.

• Willingness to work in shifts or during emergencies, if required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
