Ensure all maintenance activities are logged in maintenance registers or digital systems.
Troubleshoot and repair minor faults in electrical wiring, sockets, lights, and switches.
Check and maintain HVAC systems (split, cassette, AHU) including filter cleaning and refrigerant checks.
Ensure all electrical panels and circuits are safe and functional.
Inspect and maintain restrooms, RO units, water tanks, and pipelines.
Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly.
Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs.
Follow all safety and PPE protocols during work.
Support in fire system inspections and fire extinguisher maintenance.
Report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.
Attend service requests raised by coworkers or internal teams and close them within defined TAT.
Coordinate with the facility executive for inventory requirements and vendor visits.
Ensure minimal downtime and disruptions in operations.
