Job Description
We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at commercial and residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, lighting, motors, pumps, and distribution boards.
Attend electrical breakdowns and resolve maintenance complaints.
Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance records.
Follow electrical safety procedures and site safety guidelines.
Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding of electrical safety procedures.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Facility management experience will be an added advantage.
