What you'll do

• Electrical: fix lights, fans, switches, sockets, wiring faults and MCB trips.

• Plumbing: fix leaking taps, blocked drains, flush tanks and geysers, and check water pumps and tanks.

• AC and appliances: do basic servicing of ACs, fridges and coffee machines. Clean filters and report bigger faults.

• DG, inverter and water systems: run daily checks, keep the log book and monitor diesel and water levels.

• Preventive maintenance: follow the daily and weekly checklist for rooms, bathrooms, common areas and the kitchen.

• Guest complaints: close repair tickets quickly, ideally within the same shift.

• Vendors: coordinate with vendors for bigger repairs and AMC visits.

• Stock: keep track of spares and tools, and report what needs to be bought.

Who we're looking for

• ITI or diploma in Electrical, Plumbing or a related trade. Experience counts as much as certificates.

• 1–4 years as an electrician, plumber or MST in a hotel, hostel, PG, co-living, hospital or building.

• Able to handle at least two trades yourself: electrical and plumbing are a must.

• Comfortable working in shifts and being on call for emergencies.

• Honest, careful and polite around guests.

• Basic Hindi or the local language. Reading simple English checklists is a plus.
