Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work related to interior design projects (furniture, lighting, fixtures, false ceilings, wall finishes, etc.).

• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess work progress and maintenance requirements.

• Assist in fit-out, renovation, and remodeling works as per design specifications.

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure technical feasibility and quality standards.

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as required on-site.

• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

• Manage tools, materials, and minor procurement for assigned tasks.

• Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.

• Travel between project sites using own two-wheeler (bike) as required by the job.

Skills & Competencies

• Preferably experience in showroom interior project.

• Knowledge of interior design layouts, materials, and finishes.

• Hands-on skills in basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Good problem-solving and time management abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently between sites.

• Ability to read and execute drawings and diagrams
