Job Title: ENGINEERING- MST
Experience Required: 2-4 years (Full-time)
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, equipment, and hotel infrastructure.
Attend to guest complaints and carry out minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, ACs, and furniture.
Operate and maintain basic systems like water pumps, panels, geysers, and exhausts.
Inspect and repair lighting, switches, wiring, and sockets as needed.
Assist AMC vendors during equipment servicing and maintenance visits.
Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in proper working conditions.
Follow safety standards, update maintenance records, and report major issues to the supervisor.
Key Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade (certified)
Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, plumbing systems, AC units, and civil repairs
Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely
Problem-solving mindset with urgency in attending guest complaints
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Good physical fitness and grooming; team player attitude
Basic communication skills in English or the local language
