Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible MST Electrician with a valid Licensed Electrician Certification/Degree to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic multi-skilled technical work at sites. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults in wiring, panels, DBs, motors, lighting, and power systems.

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper functioning of electrical appliances, pumps, HVAC electrical connections, and related equipment.

• Read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.

• Maintain electrical logs, maintenance records, and daily reports.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with supervisors for material requirements and work updates.

• Attend emergency breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.

• Support basic plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance work whenever required as part of multi-skilled responsibilities.

• Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and safety equipment at the workplace.

Required Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

• Valid Electrical License / Wireman License / Licensed Electrician Certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 25 years of experience in electrical maintenance or facility management.

• Knowledge of LT panels, wiring systems, DG operations, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
