Maintenance Technician

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and inspection of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components to prevent failures and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns, diagnosing issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes (e.g., electrical faults, mechanical wear, or software glitches).

• Perform repairs and replacements of parts such as spindles, servos, controllers, tooling, and sensors to restore machines to full operational capacity with minimal disruption to production schedules.
