एक Maintenance Technician का मुख्य कार्य इमारतों, उपकरणों और सुविधाओं को अच्छी स्थिति में बनाए रखना है। उनका लक्ष्य उपकरणों के खराब होने के बाद नहीं बल्कि पहले से ही रोकथाम करके बिजली, पानी, एसी, और अन्य महत्वपूर्ण सिस्टम को सुचारू रूप से काम करने की गारंटी देना है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

नियमित निरीक्षण करके उपकरणों और सुविधाओं में कोई खराबी या जोखिम ढूंढना।
बिजली, पानी, एसी, नलकूप, फ्लोरिंग, दरवाजे, और अन्य निर्माण संरचनाओं की मरम्मत और रखरखाव करना।
आपातकालीन मरम्मत के लिए तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया देना और सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना।
मरम्मत के कार्यों का डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड रखना (CMMS या डॉक्यूमेंटेशन टूल के माध्यम से)।
सुरक्षा और वातावरण संबंधी नियमों (जैसे OSHA, EPA) का पालन करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Required Qualifications):

एचएसएल स्कूल डिप्लोमा या इलेक्ट्रिकल, मैकेनिकल, या HVAC में प्रशिक्षण।
2-3 वर्षों का उपकरण रखरखाव या इमारत रखरखाव का अनुभव।
हाथ के औजारों और बिजली के उपकरणों के साथ काम करने का अनुभव।
समस्या को समझने और त्वरित समाधान खोजने की क्षमता।

प्राथमिकता दी जाने वाली योग्यताएँ (Preferred Qualifications):

HVAC, बिजली, या पाइपलाइनिंग में सर्टिफिकेशन।
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) के उपयोग में अनुभव।
आपातकालीन स्थितियों में शांत रहने और त्वरित निर्णय लेने की क्षमता।

कार्य स्थल और वेतन (Work Location & Salary):

आमतौर पर ऑफिस, फैक्ट्री, होटल, या आवासीय इमारतों में काम करते हैं।
वेतन: ₹140,000 से ₹240,000 प्रति वर्ष (भारत में औसतन)।
