Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work related to interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, electrical fittings, and other interior installations. The candidate should ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work in interior spaces, offices, showrooms, and residential properties.

• Inspect and repair furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, modular kitchens, doors, and drawers.

• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fixture-related maintenance.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues with interior fittings, hardware, and installations.

• Carry out repairs and adjustments to hinges, handles, sliding systems, and locks.

• Coordinate with vendors and external technicians for specialized repairs.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements.

• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and materials used.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.

• Experience in furniture and modular kitchen maintenance is an advantage.

• Knowledge of interior fittings, hardware, and installation techniques.

• Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

• Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and coordinate with team members.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
