Maintenance Technician

Duties to be performed

1. Repair and maintain the air washer, TFA, CSU / FCU chillers, ac (highwall/ cassette), Cold rooms, freezers etc

2. ⁠plans, monitors, install the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of energy management system

3. ⁠troubleshoot/ maintain/ modify and repair the HVAC equipment’s including reciprocating chillers, heat exchangers, fans, motors, pump, electric and pneumatic controls

4. ⁠perform installation of mechanical systems including piping and modification of existing cooling system

5. ⁠monitors work done by external vendors

6. ⁠perform all duties which may assigned

7. ⁠preventive maintenance schedule to be follow 8. ⁠attend the field issue

9. Maintain the spares related to HVAC

10. Log the complaint to AMC vendors & follow up with them 11. Ready to perform the breakdown/maintenance work on other kitchen equipment Equipment: Cold rooms, chillers, FDU, vertical freeze, ac, TFA, fcu, csu, fresh air units, electrical connections and other faults, protecting devices installation and fault finding etc

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
