🔎 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Perform L3 & L4 level PCB repairs

✔️ Analyze phone failures & carry out effective repairs

✔️ Provide feedback to the production team to reduce failures & improve quality

✔️ Conduct L4 defect analysis on high-level PCBA circuit lines

✔️ Perform BGA replacement on glued & non-glued ICs

✔️ Prepare reports/documentation (Excel proficiency required)

✔️ Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams
