We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance professional to take full responsibility for preventive and breakdown maintenance of lab equipment, utilities, and facility systems.

Key Requirements:

• 7–11 years of relevant experience in Pharma / CRO / Analytical labs

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, UPS, compressors, generators, and cleanroom utilities

• Hands-on experience in instrument maintenance and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, scrubbers, and other critical facility systems

• Well-versed in GMP/GLP documentation and compliance requirements

• Ability to independently handle vendor coordination, AMC, and equipment logs

• Proactive in ensuring zero downtime and strict safety adherence across operations
