Job Description

Job Summary:
The Multiskill Technician is responsible for ensuring all café equipment, utilities, and facilities operate efficiently to support uninterrupted store operations. The role includes performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and minimizing downtime through quick troubleshooting. The technician also ensures compliance with safety standards, maintains maintenance records, and coordinates with vendors when required to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair coffee machines, refrigerators, ovens, and HVAC systems
Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance work
Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical field
2+ years maintenance experience (retail/F&B preferred)
Strong troubleshooting skills and flexible to work shifts
