Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems in the coffee shop to ensure smooth daily operations, safety, and minimal downtime of machines and electrical appliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment such as:
- Coffee machines
- Grinders
- Refrigerators
- Ovens and microwaves
- Air conditioners
- Lighting systems
- Power outlets and wiring
Troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid machine failures.
Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety standards.
Monitor power usage and report electrical issues.
Replace damaged switches, sockets, fuses, and wiring when needed.
Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs.
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
