Location: Koparkhairne

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field
License: Mandatory – PWD License

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician – HVAC to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience and a valid PWD license to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, chillers, split/VRF units)
Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functioning
Handle breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and PWD regulations
Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spare parts when required

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Good communication and teamwork skills

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience
Valid PWD License (compulsory)
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
