We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Silver Swan Constructions to repair, install, replace, and service the different requirements of residents at Kalpana Eco World. The role involves monitoring & servicing residents, diagnosing problems related to Civil Construction, Electrical, Park maintenance, Road, etc., and troubleshooting on a priority basis. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities based on relevant experience & knowledge.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma in Civil and 2 - 5 years of experience with a building construction company. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
