Job Description

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of:
- Rotogravure Printing Machines
- Lamination Machines
- Slitting Machines
- Pouching Machines
- Air Compressors and Utility Equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick issue resolution.
Perform routine inspection and servicing of machines and equipment.
Maintain machine maintenance records and service logs.
Coordinate with Production department for maintenance scheduling.
Monitor machine performance and identify improvement areas.
Handle spare parts inventory and maintenance consumables.
Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration, and machine safety checks.
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance SOPs.
Assist in utility maintenance including electrical panels, compressors, chillers, and related equipment.
