Operation & maintenance of AC, DG set, transformer, and electrical panels

Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems

Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and fire safety systems

Ensure uninterrupted operations of the multiplex

Daily checking of AC cooling, lights, and electrical fittings

Maintain maintenance records, daily work book, and material stock
