Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of plant machinery and equipment. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and supporting production teams to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults
Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdowns
Ensure proper functioning of motors, panels, sensors, compressors, etc.
Support installation and commissioning of new machines
Follow safety standards and maintenance SOPs
Coordinate with production team for timely maintenance
Identify and report recurring issues and improvement areas

Requirements & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics
Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and basic PLC (preferred)
Ability to handle emergency breakdowns
Good understanding of safety practices
Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Industry:

Manufacturing / Industrial Plant / Factory Maintenance
