Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Monitoring – Check power generation using SCADA/app. Note any drop in output.

2. Preventive Maintenance – Clean solar panels, check cables, inverters, structures monthly.

3. Troubleshooting & Repair – Find and fix faults in panels, wiring, fuses, connectors.

4. Safety Compliance – Follow all electrical & height safety rules. Use PPE always.

5. Vegetation & Shadow Management – Remove grass, trees that cause shadow on panels.

6. Reporting – Prepare daily generation logs, breakdown reports, maintenance checklists.

7. Coordination – Inform engineer about major faults. Work with team during repairs.

1. Education: ITI/Diploma in Electrical OR 10th + 2 years solar O&M experience

2. Technical Knowledge: Solar PV systems, DC/AC, inverters, basic electrical tools
