Job Description

Electrical Maintenance

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out corrective actions.
Maintain lighting systems, power distribution panels, wiring, and electrical fixtures.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

Air Conditioning & HVAC Maintenance

Conduct servicing, preventive maintenance, and repair of split ACs, cassette ACs, and HVAC systems.
Diagnose and resolve cooling and ventilation issues.
Monitor performance and efficiency of air conditioning units.
Coordinate with external vendors when required.

Restaurant Equipment Maintenance

Inspect and maintain kitchen and café equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of restaurant operations.

Preventive Maintenance

Follow preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
Identify potential issues before they result in equipment failure.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work rotational shifts (Day & Night).
Ability to travel between outlets if required.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
