Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for handling electrical systems, air conditioning (AC) units, and production machinery. The candidate will ensure smooth operations by performing preventive and breakdown maintenance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance

• Handle wiring, panels, and electrical systems

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults

• Ensure safety compliance and proper load management

2. AC & Utility Maintenance

• Install, service, and repair AC units

• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, gas check, etc.)

• Ensure proper functioning of cooling systems

3. Machine Maintenance

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines

• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues

• Reduce machine downtime and improve efficiency

4. Preventive Maintenance

• Follow maintenance schedules for all equipment

• Maintain checklists and service records

• Identify potential issues before breakdown

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety procedures while handling equipment

• Ensure proper use of tools and PPE

• Maintain clean and safe work environment

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logs of maintenance work

• Report major issues to management

• Keep records of repairs, replacements, and servicing

Key Skills Required:

• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring

• Experience in AC repair and servicing

• Understanding of industrial machines

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
