Maintenance Technician

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

o Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and

predictive maintenance schedules for all critical plant machinery

(e.g., CNC machines, robotic welding systems, assembly lines,

painting booths, conveyors, presses, hydraulic systems, pneumatic

systems, electrical panels, utilities).

o Utilize and optimize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance

Management System) for work order generation, scheduling, and

tracking.

o Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring to

identify potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.

o Implement condition-based monitoring techniques (e.g., vibration

analysis, thermography, oil analysis) as applicable.

 Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

o Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults

efficiently, and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.

o Work systematically to identify root causes of failures (RCA) and

implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent

recurrence.
