Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Maintenance

• Repair and replace switches, sockets, holders, MCBs, and lights

• Troubleshoot power issues, short circuits, and loose connections

• Maintain geysers, exhaust fans, and other electrical fixtures
  

2. Plumbing & Sanitary Work

• Fix leaking taps, pipelines, flush tanks, jet sprays, and faucets
  
  

• Clear bathroom/kitchen choke issues
  
  

• Install and replace sanitary fittings as required
  
  

3. Carpentry / Wooden Work

• Repair doors, locks, handles, hinges, wardrobes, beds, and cabinets
  
  

• Minor plywood/wooden fixture adjustments and fixes
  
  

4. Housekeeping Support Tasks

• Vacuum cleaning of sofas, mattresses, carpets, and curtains
  
  

• Assist with deep cleaning preparation when required
  
  

5. Air Conditioning & Appliances

• Basic AC servicing (filter cleaning, minor troubleshooting)
  
  

• Coordinate with external AC technicians for gas filling or major repairs
  
  

• Maintenance of geysers, refrigerators, microwaves, washing machines, TVs, etc.
  
  

6. Preventive Maintenance

• Regular inspection of rooms and common areas
  
  

• Identify potential issues and fix them before guest complaints
  
  

• Maintain basic maintenance checklist and work log
  
  

7. Guest & Operations Support

• Attend maintenance complaints promptly during guest stay
  
  

• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team
  
  

• Ensure minimal disturbance to guests while carrying out repairs

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
