1. MACHINES THE CANDIDATE MUST KNOW

The candidate should have practical maintenance and repair experience across the machine categories listed below:-

1) Ricoh Pro C5300S

2) OKI Pro Series

3) Mimaki wide-format printer

4) DTF printer

5) UV printer

6) Paper cutting machine

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform daily, weekly and monthly machine maintenance.

2. Identify machine errors and troubleshoot technical problems.

3. Repair mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.

4. Replace drums, rollers, printheads, fusers, sensors and other spare parts.

5. Maintain print quality, colour accuracy and machine calibration.

6. Handle relevant software, RIP software, drivers and network connectivity.

7. Maintain spare-parts and consumables inventory.

8. Keep machine-wise maintenance, service and repair records.

9. Reduce machine downtime and production losses.

10. Train machine operators in correct handling and preventive maintenance.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
