Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repair work
Monitor and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion
Liaise with vendors, technicians, and service providers
Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, and service logs
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
