Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Technician to join our team. Candidate ko hamari properties par day-to-day maintenance aur technical issues handle karne honge aur ye ensure karna hoga ki jo bhi complaints aati hain unka proper aur timely resolution ho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry aur general maintenance ka kaam handle karna.

• Tenants ki taraf se jo bhi technical complaints aati hain unhe attend karna aur resolve karna.

• Properties ki regular inspection karna aur maintenance ka dhyan rakhna.

• Technical issues ko identify karna aur troubleshoot karke solve karna.

• Maintenance aur repair work ko time par complete karna.

• Zarurat padne par vendors ya external technicians ke saath coordinate karna.

• Maintenance aur repair work ka proper record maintain karna.

• Zarurat padne par urgent/emergency maintenance issues ko handle karna.

• Ye ensure karna ki saara maintenance work safely aur properly complete ho.

Requirements:

• Technician/Maintenance role mein 1–2 years of experience hona chahiye.

• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry aur general maintenance ka basic knowledge hona chahiye.

• Good troubleshooting aur problem-solving skills honi chahiye.

• Independently kaam karne aur multiple tasks ko manage karne ki ability honi chahiye.

• Good communication aur coordination skills honi chahiye.

• Candidate punctual, responsible aur proactive hona chahiye.

• Zarurat ke according different properties/locations par travel karne ke liye ready hona chahiye.
