Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and other infrastructure.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Identify and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and facility performance.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
