GPM (General Purpose Maintenance)

Location - Delhi & Gurgaon

Role Summary:-

The GPM (Maintenance) is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operation of all equipment and utilities across retail outlets, factory, and corporate locations. The role focuses on preventive maintenance (PMS), breakdown control, timely store visits, refrigeration and electrical equipment upkeep, and first-level troubleshooting to support smooth retail and production operations. The position requires high mobility, technical expertise, and strict adherence to timelines and service quality standards. KRAs & KPIs

1. Equipment Maintenance & PMS

• 100% PMS execution

• Equipment uptime: 98%+

• Zero critical failures due to missed PMS 2. Store Visits & Punctuality

• 100% planned store visits

• 95%+ punctuality

• Visit report submission within 24 hours 3. Breakdown Handling & TAT

• Breakdown resolution TAT: 95%+

• First-level issue resolution: 90%+

• No downtime due to delayed response

• TAT For Critical Complaints < 24 hours

• TAT For Non-Critical Complaints < 48 hours 4. Refrigeration & Cooling Systems

• 100% uptime of ACs, cold rooms & freezers

• Scheduled preventive checks completed

• Temperature logs maintained properly

5. Troubleshooting & Emergency Support

• Independent handling of basic electrical, refrigeration & plumbing issues

• Immediate response to emergency calls

• Compliance with safety standards 6. Documentation & Reporting

• Daily maintenance & PMS records updated

• Monthly MIS shared on time

• Audit-ready documentation

7. Cost Control & Vendor Coordination

• Controlled maintenance costs

• Coordination with approved vendors only

Key Competencies Technical: Refrigeration, electrical maintenance, PMS, troubleshooting Behavioural: Punctuality, ownership, coordination, safety awareness

Preferred from sweet industry.
