1. Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical equipment.
2. Coordinating an on-site team, communicating with its members, assigning necessary tasks, providing support, and giving access to necessary files and tools.
3. Providing service and customer support during field visits.
4. Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing.
5. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
6. Produce timely and detailed service reports.
7. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
8. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
9. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
10. Clean up after yourself once the job is complete.
11. Candidate must have experience in lift industry as a field technician.
