Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and automation equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in machinery such as egg grading machines, conveyors, incubators, HVAC units, water pumps, and generators.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues before equipment failure occurs.

• Maintain logs of maintenance and repair work in CMMS or maintenance logs.

• Collaborate with production and QA teams to ensure minimal disruption and maintain food safety standards.

• Calibrate and test electrical and electronic systems, PLCs, sensors, and automation devices.

• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and request procurement as needed.

• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and FSSAI standards.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and plant expansions.

• Respond to emergency repair requests quickly and effectively, including after-hours support if needed.
