Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) of Water Cooled & Air Cooled Chillers.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and control system faults.

• Perform breakdown service, repairs, and emergency maintenance efficiently.

• Commission, inspect, and test HVAC equipment as per company standards.

• Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance checklists, and job completion reports.

• Maintain safety standards and follow all company operating procedures.

• Coordinate with customers professionally and ensure high service quality.

• Travel to customer sites for service and maintenance activities whenever required.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent.

• 4-6 years of experience in Chiller Service & Maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of centrifugal, screw, scroll, and reciprocating chillers.

• Hands-on experience in refrigeration circuits, compressors, cooling towers, chilled water systems, pumps, and electrical control panels.

• Ability to independently diagnose HVAC system problems.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willingness to travel within Gujarat.
