Perform routine preventive maintenance on air conditioners, chillers, deep freezers, water coolers, and refrigerators.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC and refrigeration systems (e.g., compressor issues, gas leaks, thermostat problems).
Install new AC and refrigeration units as per company or client requirements.
Check system performance and ensure proper temperature control and energy efficiency.
Refill or replace refrigerant gases and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
Respond promptly to breakdown calls and minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors or contractors when needed for specialized repairs.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians.
