Key Responsibilities:
Routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of custom pneumatic & SPM machinery.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting pneumatic circuits, cylinders, directional control valves, FRL units, and air actuators.
Mechanical assembly, alignment, fitting, and wear-and-tear replacement (piston seals, valves, pneumatic fittings, piping).
Identifying air leaks, pressure drops, and optimizing pneumatic line performance.
Coordinating quick breakdowns to minimize line downtime.
Requirements & Skills:
Primary Focus: Strong expertise in Pneumatic Systems & SPM Mechanical Maintenance.
Experience: 2–6 years of hands-on mechanical/pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
Education: ITI (Fitter/Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Thorough understanding of pneumatic circuit diagrams, solenoid valves, pressure regulators, and mechanical linkages.
