Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Manufacturing / Production Industry Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician who has strong hands-on experience in pneumatic systems and basic electrical control systems, including sensors and control components. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machines to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic machines

• Repair and replacement of:

  • Pneumatic cylinders

  • Solenoid valves

  • FRL units (Filter-Regulator-Lubricator)

  • Air compressors & air lines

• Handling basic electrical panels

• Installation and troubleshooting of:

  • Proximity sensors

  • Photoelectric sensors

  • Limit switches

  • Temperature sensors

  • Basic PLC I/O checking

• Fault finding in control wiring

• Preventive maintenance as per schedule

• Breakdown maintenance and quick response

• Maintaining maintenance logbooks and records

• Coordination with production team to minimize downtime

• Ensuring safety standards while handling electrical and pneumatic systems

Required Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of Pneumatics
✔ Basic Electrical troubleshooting
✔ Understanding of industrial sensors
✔ Ability to read basic electrical diagrams
✔ Knowledge of control panels
✔ Practical problem-solving ability
✔ Safety awareness

Preferred Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics

• Experience in manufacturing industry (Cosmetics / FMCG / Packaging preferred if applicable)

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
