The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.
Asset & Machine management Network
Deputation at BFC Project sites for Predictive & Reactive Maintenance activity of production machines.
(Predictive Maintenance activity to be executed are categorized as Commissioning, Daily walk around inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Pre-production reliability repair & Preservation of Assets. Reactive Maintenance activity can be categorized as Trouble-shooting , break-down & major repairs.)
Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization.
Supervising and coordinating activities of BFC service technicians deployed at Biomass banks.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.
This position will ensure equipment life cycle management on BFC platform.
Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades
Close coordination with OEM’s and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets.
Reporting to the company Regional service Manager
Strong collaboration with other BU, platform operations and OEM’s of asset manufacturer.
