Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle electrical and mechanical maintenance of machines and plant equipment

  • Attend machine breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and ensure minimum downtime

  • Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedules for all machines

  • Perform electrical panel wiring, control wiring, and minor modifications

  • Handle mechanical repairs, machine overhauling, alignment, bearings, belts, chains, and tool changing

  • Execute and support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities

  • Perform machine improvement and modification activities to improve efficiency and reliability

  • Support utility department operations (compressor, pumps, motors, etc.) when required

  • Carry out PLC logic control machine maintenance and basic electrical troubleshooting

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and breakdown reports

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance procedures

  • Work closely with production and maintenance teams to achieve operational targets
