Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Factory Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant trades, with a basic understanding of machinery. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of factory machinery and equipment.

· Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate to senior technicians when needed.

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

· Ensure cleanliness and safety in the maintenance area.

· Support rotational shift work and occasional night duty as per production needs.

· Document maintenance logs and reports.

· Follow safety standards and SOPs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade.

· Basic understanding of industrial machinery and tools.

· Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible hours.

· Good physical stamina and ability to work under supervision.

· Basic knowledge of safety practices in factory environment.
