Job Description – Assistant (Bottling Plant)

Position: Production Assistant
Department: Production – Bottling Plant
Location: Chennai
Reporting to: Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators in the bottling process.

• Load raw materials (bottles, caps, labels, cartons) into machines.

• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of working area and equipment.

• Carry out manual work like sorting, arranging, and packing finished goods.

• Support machine operator in changeovers (moulds, parts, or settings).

• Check bottles for leakage, proper sealing, and labeling quality.

• Follow all safety rules and report hazards immediately.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and team support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

• Experience in FMCG / bottling plant preferred but freshers can also apply.

• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading and standing long hours.

• Willingness to learn machine operations for career growth.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
