Lift Installation Technician

We are looking for -Field Technicians are Lift Installation Technicians and we only want candidates from elevator industry.

Please do not apply if service/ maintenance experience for these roles.

- The CTC we offer is in the 3.6 to 5 lacs range.
- In addition to the salary the candidates will also be eligible for incentives
- The job timings will be 9-6, there is no OT(Over time) option.

JOb Summary :-

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure precise and efficient

installation of new elevators in building projects, enhancing operational

safety and performance standards

Roles & responsibilities :-

Install new elevator systems in building projects, following technical

requirements and project timelines. This includes fitting electrical and

mechanical parts accurately.

- Follow engineering protocols and safety rules for all installations. Conduct

regular checks to ensure safety and proper performance of the elevator

system.

- Work closely with project managers and engineers to integrate the elevator

systems smoothly in new buildings. Manage schedules and fix any on-site

issues quickly to prevent delays.

- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to make sure

all materials are correct, available, and delivered on time. Keep a smooth,

well-coordinated workflow with the team.

- Maintain professionalism and teamwork in all interactions, representing

company values and promoting a positive work environment. Regularly

update supervisors and project managers on progress and any issues.

Qualification:-

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Professional Experience : Desired experience in installations in elevator

and escalator industry for at least two years

Skills / Competencies :

1) Knowledge of elevator installation procedures

2) Familiarity with safety and engineering standards

3) Effective communication with stakeholders

4) Problem-solving for on-site issues

5) Team collaboration and adaptability
